The construction equipment market expects to achieve positive results in 2024. Data from Sobratema’s Study of the Brazilian Construction Equipment Market, released in July this year, projects a 4% growth in sales of yellow line machines (earth moving) next year, compared to 2023. This good perspective has reflected in confidence of construction and mining equipment, concrete and asphalt, load lifting and people, and components and services industries that, together, already account for more than 80% of the areas occupied for the next edition of M&T Expo \u2013 part of bauma NETWORK, the main fair for construction and mining machinery and equipment of Latin America.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Promoted by Messe Muenchen do Brasil<\/strong>, with the institutional support of the Brazilian Association of Technology for Construction and Mining (Sobratema<\/strong>), the fair will take place from April 23rd to 26th<\/strong>, 2024, at S\u00e3o Paulo Expo<\/strong>, and represents a preponderant role in the machinery market in the country, for connecting buyers, industries, government, and services. And for being the sector’s thermometer and ideal space for doing business, updating knowledge and promoting relationships and new contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fair will feature an exhibition of machine launches, with embedded technology and innovation from the main manufacturers of yellow line machines, for lifting and moving loads, for concrete and paving. Parts and components industries and service suppliers will also show their news to a highly qualified audience, made up of directors, managers, engineers and professionals from construction companies, mining companies, industries, transport companies, rental companies as well as investors, authorities, and representatives of municipal and state institutions responsible for the works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The M&T Expo fair, for our group, is extremely important, as it is the time to present our launches, complete solutions for the heavy machinery market and reconnect with customers, in addition to doing a lot of business”, stated Fernando Cassiano, Marketing Manager and Marketplace of GHT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Elias Pelin Fiorese, Export Manager at TKA GUINDASTES<\/strong>, M&T Expo is a noble space that provides meetings, not only with customers, but also with many chain suppliers. \u201cIt is a showcase for the Brazilian public and the entire Latin America, when many customers from foreign markets end up visiting our stand. Because of that, we have increased investment in the fair compared to the last event and expect an increase of around 18% in sales volume. We are confident that we will be able to achieve this goal,\u201d he highlighted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hangcha Plataformas<\/strong> hopes to show the audience at M&T Expo 2024 the brand consolidation in Brazil and present competitive advantages of its electric and diesel elevating platforms. \u201cFor us, participation in the fair is very important. In 2022, twhen we began our operations in the country, we were able to promote our brand nationally, closing many deals and partnerships, which helped to boost our growth and brand recognition\u201d, said Guilherme Hoffmann, Marketing Manager at Hangcha, who said that the company will have a larger space and more equipment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just like for Hangcha, M&T Expo was very important commercially for consolidating F\u00eanix FPS<\/strong> among the public. The company intends to exhibit its line of FPS, teeth, bucket protectors, blades, and undercarriage. According to Euler Miranda, director of F\u00eanix FPS, the number of parts resales has increased exponentially, making it impossible to measure its growth. \u201cBut, the market is good and within expectations\u201d, he pointed out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rock Brit’s<\/strong> management has great expectations for M&T Expo 2024, given the country’s possible economic growth. \u201cOur latest participations have been a success, result of constant growth in marketing investments. I can anticipate that we will present, at our stand, the recent technological innovations in hydraulic breakers\u201d, highlighted Ricardo Silva, Commercial Director at Rock Brit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PIM Palmares<\/strong> has good prospects for this year, mainly due to the infrastructure works to be carried out. \u201cAt M&T Expo, we can catch up and see loved ones. The fair is a showcase for the sector, unparalleled in terms of structure and opportunities”, said Jefferson Luis Amorim, director of PIM Palmares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event will also feature the Demonstration Arena<\/strong> for presentation of exhibitors’ equipment live, which allows real-time interaction with visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the sustainability topic, the highlight includes the forum \u201cESG in Construction and Mining \u2013 The best practices for sustainability combined with competitiveness<\/strong>\u201d, in partnership with the news portals Conex\u00e3o Mineral and Conex\u00e3o Cons struction. Still on this topic, the event brings something new with the + Sustent\u00e1vel Award by M&T Expo<\/strong>,, which will recognize and encourage responsible practices in the business fair sector and highlight exhibitors who adopt innovative solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the area of content, the event launches M&T Expo Capacita <\/strong>in partnership with 3X Mais Treinamentos, APELMAT <\/strong>and Instituto Opus<\/strong>, which will connect the market, by encouraging the training of operators and supervisors to meet the various sector demands. Furthermore, M&T Expo, in partnership with APELMAT, will offer free operator training courses<\/strong>. There will be two classes that will include theoretical and practical classes and will receive an NR12 certificate upon completion. Registration will open soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And to promote the construction machinery market throughout the country and publicize the fair to a diverse audience, M&T Expo has invested in Project 365<\/strong>, which has already passed through the states of S\u00e3o Paulo, Minas Gerais, Bahia, Paran\u00e1 and Bel\u00e9m to promote interaction between buyers and companies. In the coming months, the project should also pass through South and Northeast regions. Internationally, the highlight will be the Road Shows<\/strong>, which will begin in November, visiting countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Paraguay. \u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
