Last year, the sector earned approximately R$ 24 billion, with the opening of new business and construction opportunities, based on less restrictive measures of the pandemic and increased exports of commodities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to data from the <em><ins>Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira dos Sindicatos e Associa\u00e7\u00f5es Representantes dos Locadores de Equipamentos, M\u00e1quinas e Ferramentas<\/ins><\/em><ins> [<\/ins>Brazilian Association of Trade Unions and Representative Associations of Equipment, Machinery and Tools Lessors<ins>]<\/ins>, on average, the sector&#8217;s shipments and revenues represent around 30% of the total yellow line market (earth moving equipment). According to the Sobratema Study of the Brazilian Construction Equipment Market, by the <em><ins>Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Equipamentos para Constru\u00e7\u00e3o e Minera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/ins><\/em><ins> <\/ins>(Sobratema)<ins> [Brazilian Association of Construction and Mining Equipment]<\/ins>, rental represented 26% of machine sales in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the sector&#8217;s growth, rental has undergone significant changes, which can generate new opportunities for rental companies. Thus, to bring more information about new business chances in the market, as well as the current sector scenario, <strong><ins>M&amp;T Expo, the largest trade fair of machinery and equipment for construction and mining in Latin America<\/ins><\/strong>, will promote on April 25, as of 6 pm, at the <em><ins>Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Paulista dos Empreiteiros e Locadores de M\u00e1quinas de Terraplenagem, Ar Comprimido, Hidr\u00e1ulico e Equipamentos de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil<\/ins><\/em><ins> [<\/ins>S\u00e3o Paulo Association of Contractors and Landlords of Earthmoving, Compressed Air, Hydraulics and Civil Construction Equipment<ins>]<\/ins> (Apelmat), the meeting \u201c<strong><em>Rental:<\/em>Present and future opportunities\u201d.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will feature <strong><ins>Eurimilson Daniel<\/ins><\/strong>, vice-president of Sobratema, director of Analoc and president of ESCAD Rental <strong><ins>Hil\u00e1rio Jos\u00e9 Sena<\/ins><\/strong>, president of Apelmat;<strong><ins>Paulo da Cruz Alcaide<\/ins><\/strong>, vice-president of Apelmat; and <strong><ins>Rolf Pickert<\/ins><\/strong>, CEO of Messe Muenchen do Brasil. They will evaluate this market&#8217;s growth potential, show how the benefits and competitive advantages of renting machines have attracted new customers, and how to use the opportunities that are emerging in the market.
