Sin embargo, a\u00fan es necesario avanzar en una cuesti\u00f3n importante de la inclusi\u00f3n profesional: la participaci\u00f3n femenina. A pesar de los constantes avances en el crecimiento de la cantidad de mujeres en la construcci\u00f3n civil, la desigualdad de g\u00e9nero en el sector todav\u00eda es bastante considerable. Seg\u00fan el informe para el staff de profesionales elaborado por el Consejo Federal de Ingenier\u00eda y Agronom\u00eda (Confea), el n\u00famero de profesionales activos registrados es de 1.065.143. De estos, solo 208.148 son mujeres, lo que representa el 19,54% del total de profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Brasil, la baja representatividad femenina en las \u00e1reas de ingenier\u00eda y equipos puede ser atribuida a diferentes factores, como estereotipos de g\u00e9nero y ambientes de trabajo no inclusivos. Entretanto, se realizaron esfuerzos y deber\u00e1n ser intensificados para promover la igualdad de g\u00e9nero e incentivar a m\u00e1s mujeres a ingresar en careras de ingenier\u00eda, ya sea por medio de programas educacionales, campa\u00f1as de concienciaci\u00f3n y pol\u00edticas de inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con Sienge, para aumentar la participaci\u00f3n de mujeres en esta profesi\u00f3n, la sociedad en su totalidad debe empe\u00f1arse y rever algunos conceptos, como incentivarlas desde la infancia, a mejorar la mentalidad de los contratantes, tener ambientes de trabajo m\u00e1s sanos, incentivar el di\u00e1logo entre los equipos, calificaci\u00f3n y divulgaci\u00f3n del trabajo de las mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta baja participaci\u00f3n femenina en ingenier\u00eda no es una peculiaridad brasile\u00f1a. En pa\u00edses europeos, por ejemplo, la presencia de mujeres en este sector tambi\u00e9n es relativamente baja, aunque algunos pa\u00edses se hayan esforzado para aumentar la participaci\u00f3n desarrollando programas de incentivo, acciones afirmativas, pol\u00edticas de igualdad de g\u00e9nero y campa\u00f1as de concienciaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Estados Unidos, la representaci\u00f3n femenina ha mostrado progreso, aunque todav\u00eda haya una disparidad de g\u00e9nero. Las mujeres est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s presentes en cursos de ingenier\u00eda con posiciones en empresas del sector. Iniciativas de concienciaci\u00f3n y programas de tutor\u00eda son desarrollados para estimular y apoyar la participaci\u00f3n en estas \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participaci\u00f3n sigue el crecimiento del sector de la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El aumento de las mujeres en la construcci\u00f3n civil ha sido seguido por el propio crecimiento de este sector. De acuerdo con el Instituto Brasile\u00f1o de Geograf\u00eda y Estad\u00edstica (IBGE), el PIB de la construcci\u00f3n obtuvo un crecimiento del 9,7% en 2021, aumento que viene demandando mayor cantidad de profesionales en el sector y, con eso, las as oportunidades para las mujeres tambi\u00e9n han aumentado y est\u00e1n siendo ocupadas por profesionales cada vez m\u00e1s calificadas, tanto
